Refund policy

At Paynearbyonlinestore, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after receiving valid bank details from the customer.

We only offer replacements in case of defective or damaged products. Requests for exchange must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
